Targeted Self-Massage Tool

The Kieba 1118-GY set includes two 2.5 inch solid rubber balls designed for manual trigger point therapy and myofascial release. Users apply body weight to relieve muscle knots, tension and soreness across the back, shoulders, hips, legs and feet. The firm density suits athletes, office workers and anyone needing portable recovery aid without batteries or cords.

Build Integration and Portability

Each ball measures 2.5 inches in diameter and weighs approximately .281 kilograms, fitting easily into a gym bag, desk drawer or travel case. No external power, mounting hardware or software is required; the user simply positions the ball against a wall, floor or chair. The pair allows simultaneous work on symmetrical areas or quick switching between muscle groups.

Thermals Noise and Power Draw

The massage balls are hand-powered and generate no heat, noise or electrical draw during use. Solid rubber construction eliminates motor whine, fan spin or charging cycles. The material is not water resistant, so cleaning is limited to surface wiping. Durability comes from 100 percent rubber with no chemical odor reported.
