1 1/4 in Trade Size Conduit Outlet Body

This Killark LL-style conduit outlet body provides a 90-degree directional change for 1 1/4 inch IMC or RMC raceways. Its aluminium construction with a powder-coated grey finish suits hazardous-location installations. The flat back and 32 cu in interior capacity accommodate wire pulls and splices in industrial or commercial electrical systems.

Threaded Hub Installation and Cover Compatibility

The outlet body uses 1 1/4 in threaded hubs for secure connection to compatible conduit. Installation requires standard conduit threading tools and appropriate sealant for hazardous-area compliance. The only compatible cover is the OL-450 model; using any other cover will void the hazardous-location rating and may leave the interior exposed to moisture or debris.

Verify Conduit Type and Hazardous-Location

Confirm the existing raceway is IMC or RMC with a 1 1/4 in trade size before ordering. Ensure the 90-degree LL body style matches the required pull direction in your layout. Check that the installation environment’s classification aligns with the hazardous-location rating and that the OL-450 cover is available for the final assembly.

Questions about this item

How do I confirm the 90-degree connection orientation is correct after installation?

The body style is LL, which routes the conduit run at a 90-degree angle; verify the threaded hubs align with the 1 1/4 in trade size and the flat back sits flush against the mounting surface.

What comes with the OLL-4 outlet body and what must be purchased separately?

The aluminum body with powder-coated gray finish is included; the compatible OL-450 cover is not included and must be ordered separately.

Which capacity version should I choose for this trade size?

This LL body provides 32 cu in capacity for 1 1/4 in trade size conduit; select it when your wire fill requires that volume.
