Industrial power inlet

The Killark UGR0-20231QW is a straight blade receptacle rated for 120V AC at 60 Hz and 20 A. It provides a NEMA 5-20R connection in a copper-free aluminium housing with a powder-coated finish.

Hazardous-area construction

Copper-free aluminium and stainless-steel screws resist corrosion in harsh environments while meeting NEMA 7 requirements. The single-gang mounting box fits standard enclosures for straightforward installation.

Permanent wiring interface

Three-wire, two-pole screw terminals accept fixed conductors for reliable power distribution. The design suits fixed equipment in industrial facilities where a locking plug is not required.

Questions about this item

Will the stainless-steel screws need replacement in a corrosive setting?

Stainless-steel screws resist corrosion longer than standard steel, reducing how often they must be swapped out.

What stops the 20 A receptacle from running continuously at full load?

The 20 A rating is the design limit; sustained current above that trips the upstream breaker.

Does the powder-coated copper-free aluminium body get hot during all-day operation at 120 V 60 Hz?

The housing stays near ambient because the receptacle itself dissipates negligible heat at rated current.
