Kimsion Brake Cable 112-8818 for Toro Recycler 22

Replacement Brake Cable for 22 Inch Mowers

This Kimsion brake cable replaces OEM part 112-8818 for Toro Recycler 22 inch Personal Pace lawn mowers. It also fits a wide range of Lawn-Boy walk-behind models listed in the compatibility data. The cable measures 50-1/2 inches in total length with a 39-1/2 inch conduit. It comes with Z bend ends on each side for direct installation.

Practical Limits of Cable Length

The fixed 50-1/2 inch cable length and 39-1/2 inch conduit length determine whether this part will reach the brake lever on your specific mower deck. Routing paths vary between the many listed Toro and Lawn-Boy model numbers, so the physical path must match these dimensions exactly. A cable that is too short will not connect, while excess length cannot be shortened without proper tools and ferrules.

Critical Specification: Z Bend End Configuration

The Z bend on each end is the single specification that decides fitment for this brake cable. Your existing cable must use identical Z bend terminations at both the handle lever and the engine brake arm. If your mower uses a different end style such as a barrel, eyelet or threaded end, this part will not work regardless of model compatibility lists.
