Gold Cargo Strap 16200 lb

This gold polyester cargo strap uses a ratchet adjustment and J-hooks to secure loads on flat beds. It is built for transport professionals who need a high-strength tie-down with a 16,200 lb breaking strength.

5400 lb working load limit

The strap handles a working load limit of 5,400 lb across its 27 ft length and 3 in width. It runs out when tension exceeds that limit or when anchor points cannot accept the zinc-coated steel J-hooks.

Replaces worn or lower-rated tie-downs

Upgrade when existing straps show fraying, hardware corrosion or a working load limit below 5,400 lb. The jump is worth it for flat-bed operators who regularly secure heavy equipment near the 16,200 lb breaking strength threshold.

Questions about this item

Will the 3 in wide 27 ft polyester strap fit the existing ratchet buckle on my older flat-bed tie-down system?

The strap is 3 inches wide and 27 feet long with a J‑hook end; compatibility depends on whether your current ratchet accepts a 3 in webbing and J‑hook attachment.

How can I verify the 5,400 lb working load limit is holding after I tension the ratchet?

After tightening, the ratchet handle should lock firmly, the webbing must show no slippage, and the J‑hooks should remain fully seated in the anchor points.

Does the package include only the gold 27 ft strap with J‑hooks, or are extra ratchets or anchors supplied?

The box contains the single 27 ft gold polyester strap with integrated ratchet and J‑hook ends; additional ratchets or anchor hardware are not included.
