Replacement Battery for Newport HT70

The KingSener BAT3205A is a 14.4V lithium-ion replacement battery rated at 37.44Wh and 2600mAh. It matches the original dimensions for the Newport HT70 power tool so no adaptation is required. The pack arrives brand new with a one-year warranty.

Steady Output Under Load

High-quality cells and a built-in PCB deliver stable capacity during extended use rather than only in short bursts. The supplier states the full charge capacity meets or exceeds the design rating. Following the break-in routine of two to three full charge and discharge cycles at low current helps the pack reach its rated runtime.

Black Li-ion Pack with Simple Care Rules

The black casing houses cells made in China under a high-quality guarantee. Daily handling is straightforward: avoid prolonged adapter connection while the battery is in use, keep the pack out of hot or humid conditions and store it above 80% charge if unused for a month. Never disassemble, crush, puncture or expose the battery to fire or water.

Questions about this item

Does the 14.4V 2600mAh Li-ion pack generate noticeable heat or noise during continuous use in a Newport HT70?

Li-ion cells run silently and produce only modest warmth under normal load; follow the tip to avoid long adapter connection while the battery is in use to keep temperatures low.

What must I already own for this BAT3205A to work?

You need a Newport HT70 device that accepts a 14.4V 37.44Wh Li-ion battery; the pack is a direct replacement matching the original size and connector.

Will this replacement battery fit and charge correctly in an older Newport HT70 unit I have kept?

Yes — it is built to the same dimensions and 14.4V specification as the original, so it seats and charges in legacy HT70 models without modification.
