Centerset Chrome Lavatory Faucet

This centreset lavatory faucet fits a three-hole sink with a four-inch spread. Solid brass construction and a chrome finish resist tarnishing and corrosion. Two metal lever handles operate a quarter-turn washerless cartridge for simple on-off control. A matching brass pop-up drain is included in the box.

Flow Rate And Pressure Performance

The faucet delivers a maximum of 2.2 gallons per minute at 60 psi through an integrated removable aerator. Quarter-turn ceramic disk cartridges provide smooth actuation without washers that wear. Male half-inch NPS threaded inlets accept standard supply lines. Maximum deck thickness of 1.25 inches suits typical countertops.

Included Pop-Up Drain Assembly

The bundled brass pop-up drain matches the chrome finish and installs without a separate purchase. Removable aerator allows easy cleaning to maintain flow. No escutcheon, sidespray, pull-out spray or soap dispenser is supplied. Ten-year limited warranty covers the complete assembly.

Questions about this item

How do I install the 4-inch centerset faucet on a three-hole sink, and what step is often missed?

Mount the faucet through the three holes with the 4-inch center spread, thread the 1/2 - 14 NPS male inlets to the supply lines, and secure the brass pop-up drain linkage — the step often missed is connecting the pop-up rod to the drain assembly before tightening the mounting nuts.

Which parts of the faucet will need replacement over time, and how often?

The Duraseal washerless cartridge and the integrated removable aerator are the main wear items; the cartridge typically lasts many years, while the aerator should be cleaned or replaced if flow drops below the 2.2 GPM at 60 PSI rating.

What is the first limitation I will hit during continuous heavy use?

The maximum flow rate of 2.2 GPM (8.3 LPM) at 60 PSI is the first limit; sustained demand above that pressure or volume will not increase output beyond the rated flow.
