Sink dimensions and bowl layout

The Gourmetier GKTS332290 is a self-rimming single-bowl kitchen sink made from stainless steel. Its bowl measures 33 inches by 22 inches and comes with a 4-hole faucet drilling in the centre. The exposed surfaces are hand-polished to a brushed nickel finish. It suits buyers who want a straightforward drop-in installation with a satin nickel look.

Sound damping and material thickness

A sound-deadening pad and full undercoating are applied to reduce noise from running water and dishes. The bowl is formed from 22 gauge stainless steel, providing a balance of rigidity and weight for daily use. These features address the typical acoustic and structural concerns of metal sinks in busy kitchens.

Included drilling and finish impact

The factory-cut 4-hole layout determines which faucet configurations can be fitted without modification. The brushed nickel finish on exposed surfaces resists fingerprints and water spots during normal cleaning. Buyers who need a different hole count or a single-hole faucet will have to choose another model.

Questions about this item

How do I install the Gourmetier GKTS332290 self-rimming sink and what step is often missed?

Lower the sink into a cut-out matching the 33 by 22 inch bowl dimensions, then press the rim into a continuous bead of silicone; the step often missed is sealing the entire perimeter before the adhesive skins over.

What maintenance will the stainless steel bowl and brushed nickel finish need later?

Rinse after each use, wipe dry with a soft cloth, and clean weekly with a non-abrasive stainless steel cleaner to keep the hand-polished surfaces free of water spots and mineral build-up.

What limit appears first under sustained heavy use of the 22 gauge bowl?

The thinner 22 gauge stainless steel will show dents or bowing from impact or standing water weight before the sound-deadening pad or full undercoating degrades.
