Manhattan Tub & Shower Trim

This Kingston Brass trim kit delivers a complete single-handle tub and shower control for contemporary bathrooms. The Manhattan collection includes the pressure-balanced rough-in valve, single-function showerhead, tub spout and metal lever handle in a Satin Nickel finish. It coordinates with modern design themes and uses standard 1/2" IPS connections for straightforward installation.

Capacity and headroom

The pressure-balanced valve maintains consistent water temperature during pressure fluctuations, handling typical residential supply conditions. The 6" spout reach provides standard clearance over the tub, while the 6.875" escutcheon width covers common valve openings. The single-function showerhead offers a fixed spray pattern without handshower versatility.

1/2" IPS connection requirement

This trim set requires 1/2" IPS supply connections and a compatible pressure-balanced rough-in valve, both included in the package. Builders needing a handshower, multi-function spray or a different valve interface should verify compatibility before purchase. The single-handle metal lever operates both temperature and volume from one control.

Questions about this item

Will the 6.875" escutcheon cover the old valve cut-out in my tile?

The escutcheon is 6.875" wide; measure your existing opening to confirm full coverage before installing.

How do I verify the pressure-balanced valve is functioning correctly after installation?

Run both hot and cold water; the handle should maintain a steady temperature when other fixtures are used, indicating the valve is balancing pressure.

Does the KB865.0CML trim include the rough-in valve, or must I purchase it separately?

The trim ships with the rough-in valve, single-function showerhead, tub spout and metal lever handle — no additional valve purchase is required.
