Centerset lavatory faucet

The Kingston Brass KS8611EX Elinvar is a two-handle deck-mount faucet designed for a three-hole sink with a four-inch center spread. Solid brass construction provides durability while the polished chrome finish resists tarnishing and corrosion. Quarter-turn ceramic disc cartridges control water flow smoothly. A matching brass pop-up drain is included for a complete installation.

Steady flow and pressure

At 60 PSI the faucet delivers a maximum of 2.2 GPM (8.3 LPM) through an integrated removable aerator. The ceramic disc cartridges maintain consistent operation without dripping during extended daily use. Solid brass body and spout resist mineral build-up and withstand repeated on-off cycles. The quarter-turn mechanism requires minimal effort even after prolonged service.

Straightforward three-hole install

The unit fits a standard three-hole four-inch centerset cutout using half-inch IPS male threaded shank inlets. Supply lines connect directly to the shanks without special adapters. The pop-up drain assembly threads into the lavatory from below and links to the lift rod through the faucet body. Ensure the deck thickness accommodates the shank length and that the 5-inch spout reach clears the basin.

Questions about this item

Does the ceramic disc cartridge keep the faucet quiet during all-day use?

The 1/4 turn ceramic disc cartridge provides smooth on/off control without the hammering noise common in older compression stems.

Will the 1/2" IPS male threaded shanks connect directly to my existing supply lines?

Standard 1/2" IPS male threads accept common flexible supply connectors; no special adapters are required.

Can the 4" centerset replace a widespread faucet without drilling new holes?

No, the 4" center spread fits three-hole sinks drilled to that exact spacing; a widespread cutout would need a new deck or escutcheon.
