Metropolitan Roman Tub Filler

The Kingston Brass Metropolitan Roman Tub Filler in a Polish Brass finish is a three-hole deck-mounted faucet designed for freestanding or drop-in bathtubs. Its contemporary style suits bathrooms that favour clean lines and a warm metallic tone. Two porcelain cross handles operate quarter-turn ceramic disc cartridges for smooth, drip-free control.

Quick Connect spout and high-flow valve

A Quick Connect spout simplifies alignment during installation, while the 3/4-inch high-flow cartridge delivers up to 2.2 gallons per minute. The 8.50-inch spout reach and 3.75-inch spout height clear deep tub walls without splashing the deck. Faucet centres of 8 or 16 inches accommodate standard rough-in spacing.

Suits remodelers wanting a traditional lever feel

Buyers who prefer porcelain cross handles and a polished brass aesthetic will appreciate the coordinated look. Households needing a hand shower, pull-out spray or side spray should consider a different model, as this filler provides a single fixed spout only.

Questions about this item

Will the 2.2 Gpm flow rate keep up when both handles are fully open?

The 2.2 Gpm rating is the maximum combined flow through the spout, so both handles open will not exceed that volume.

Does the 1/4 turn ceramic disc cartridge stay quiet and cool during long baths?

Ceramic disc cartridges operate without rubber washers, eliminating the chatter and heat buildup common in compression valves during extended use.

My deck has three holes spaced 8 inches apart — will this filler mount without extra parts?

Yes, the unit is designed for 3-hole installations with 8-inch centres and includes the quick-connect spout and both porcelain cross handles.
