Brass Construction & Oil Rubbed Bronze Finish

The Kingston Brass Templeton tub and shower faucet is built from solid brass with an oil rubbed bronze finish. A pressure balanced washerless cartridge regulates temperature and helps prevent sudden scalding. The single metal lever handle controls flow and temperature in one motion. This contemporary style fixture suits bathrooms where durability and a warm metallic tone are priorities.

Suited to Single Handle Preference

Buyers who want a single lever handle with a matching escutcheon will find this model straightforward. It delivers one normal spray pattern at a 2.5 Gpm flow rate. Households that require a pull out spray, side spray or integrated soap dispenser should look at alternative configurations. The ball pattern cartridge is not compatible with thermostatic valve trims.

Fits Standard Tub Shower Rough In

The faucet connects to conventional hot and cold supply lines and mounts through a standard valve opening. Brass construction resists corrosion and supports long service life in daily use. The included escutcheon covers the rough in for a clean finished appearance. No additional handles or diverters are required for basic tub and shower operation.

Questions about this item

Will my existing 1/2-inch hot and cold supply lines connect directly to this faucet?

Yes, the valve uses standard 1/2-inch inlets that accept common copper or PEX supply lines without adapters.

Can I keep my current three-handle tub valve and only replace the trim with this single-lever model?

No, the pressure-balanced washerless cartridge requires a dedicated single-handle rough-in valve; the existing three-handle body will not accept it.

After installation, how do I confirm the pressure-balanced cartridge is working correctly?

Run the shower, then flush a toilet; the temperature should stay steady without a sudden hot or cold surge.
