Tub Spout with Pull-Up Diverter
This chrome tub spout fits a standard half-inch copper slip connection. It is intended for universal tub installations where a slip-fit diverter is required. The spout reach measures 5 1/4 inches from the wall surface. No handles or trim plates are included or needed.
Half-Inch Copper Slip Connection
The single specification that determines compatibility is the 1/2 inch copper slip-fit inlet. The spout slides over bare copper tubing and secures with a set screw. It will not thread onto galvanised, PEX or CPVC pipe without a proper transition fitting.
Slip-Fit Installation Notes
Installation requires clean, deburred copper pipe cut to the correct insertion depth. The most common issue is an insufficient pipe length behind the finished wall, which prevents the spout from seating fully. Verify the rough-in dimension before finishing the wall. No ligature-resistant hardware is supplied.
