16 GB DDR5 module running at 5600 MT/s with CL46 timing and on-die ECC for stability
This 16 GB DDR5 module runs at 5600 MT/s with CL46 timings. It uses SK Hynix A-Die ICs on a 288-pin UDIMM printed in black. The stick operates at 1.1 V and has no heat spreader or LEDs. It is built for desktop systems that accept standard DDR5 memory.
On-die ECC inside the Hynix chip corrects single-bit errors to improve data reliability. A built-in PMIC manages voltage locally, contributing to the 20 % lower power draw compared with DDR4. The dual 32-bit sub-channels replace the single 64-bit channel of DDR4, raising access efficiency.
DDR5 starts at 5600 MT/s, which is 75 % faster than the DDR4 baseline. The 288-pin connector is keyed differently from DDR4, so the module only fits DDR5 slots. Maximum throughput reaches PC5-44800, and the dual-channel architecture requires a compatible memory controller to use both 32-bit channels.

No, the memory has no moving parts or user-serviceable components; it runs at 1.1V with on-die ECC for stability and requires no scheduled upkeep.
The primary limit is the fixed 5600MT/s data rate and CL46 latency; the module cannot exceed these JEDEC-rated speeds without manual overclocking.
It draws 1.1V — about 20% less power than DDR4 — and has no heat spreader, so case airflow handles the modest thermal output.
