KLIM V8 Laptop Cooling Pad 8 Fans RGB 17" 2 USB Phone Holder

Cooling pad with eight fans and RGB

The KLIM V8 is a laptop cooling pad that uses eight 140 mm fans to move air across a metal-and-ABS frame. It supports notebooks up to 17 inches and includes ten selectable RGB lighting effects that can be switched off. A built-in phone holder and two USB 2.0 ports add peripheral connectivity. The unit weighs 0.9 kilograms and measures 39.3 by 26.9 by 2.9 centimetres.

Suited for stationary setups needing extra ports

This cooler suits users who keep a laptop on a desk and want adjustable typing angles, a place to park a smartphone and spare USB ports for a mouse or keyboard. Buyers who need a slim, lightweight pad for frequent travel should look elsewhere, as the 2.9 centimetre height and rigid construction make it less portable. The RGB lighting is optional, so it also fits subdued office environments.

Eight 140 mm fans set the airflow capacity

The defining specification is the array of eight 140 mm fans, which determines how much air the pad can move and therefore how much heat it can dissipate from a 17-inch chassis. If your workflow demands maximum sustained cooling for heavy loads, this fan count is the figure to evaluate; if you only need modest airflow for light use, a smaller fan array may suffice.
