FG Knot Assist Tool

The Jeyntanc FG knot assist tool binds PE line to leader with FG, GT or PR knots. It suits anglers who need fast, high-strength connections while bowfishing or targeting heavy species. The compact CFRP body folds for pocket storage. One piece is supplied in black.

Switch-Type Hook Operation

Wind the line around the corrugated hook for one to two turns and lock it with the switch shut mechanism. Soft rubber prevents the line from rolling up during tensioning. The offset arm opens when the strap is pushed in and locks closed when pulled for transport.

Line Rating Compatibility

Verify your PE line diameter falls within the 0.3 to 6 range and your leader tests between 3 lb and 70 lb. The tool is designed for monofilament and braided combinations used in FG knot tying. Ensure your knot style matches the supported FG, GT and PR methods.

Questions about this item

How do I confirm the knotter is tying FG knots correctly after setting it up?

Wind the PE line 1-2 turns around the corrugated hook, engage the switch SHUT, and verify the PE line (0.3-6) and leader (3Lb-70Lb) bind securely with a high-strength GT knot.

What comes in the package and do I need to buy line separately?

The box includes 1 PC x Knotter made of CFRP with a switch-type corrugated hook and offset arm; PE line and leader material are not included and must be purchased separately.

Which version should I choose for the line ratings I use?

This single model covers PE line 0.3-6 and leader 3Lb-70Lb, so select it if your lines fall within those ranges.
