Simple film camera for everyday memories

The Kodak 8617763 Fun Saver is a single-use compact camera pre-loaded with 27-exposure 800-speed film. It suits anyone who wants a straightforward way to capture indoor and outdoor moments without managing settings or batteries.

Flash range and film speed in practice

The built-in flash covers subjects from four to ten feet away. The 800-speed film handles lower light better than 400-speed alternatives, producing bright, vibrant colours across a variety of everyday scenes.

Lightweight disposable design

The black, yellow and red body is ready to shoot straight from the package. After the 27 exposures are used, the whole camera is handed in for processing, so there are no cables, cards or recharging to manage.

Questions about this item

How do I load the Kodak 800 speed film into the 8617763 Fun Saver, and what step do people often miss?

The camera comes pre-loaded with 27 exposure film; the common mistake is trying to open the back to insert a new roll, which breaks the single-use seal.

What part of this single-use camera will need replacement after I finish the 27 exposures?

The entire 8617763 unit is designed for one-time use; once all frames are shot, you hand the whole camera to a lab for film processing.

At what distance does the built-in flash stop being effective during a long indoor event?

The flash range is rated at 4 to 10 feet; subjects beyond 10 feet will be underexposed even with the 800 speed film.
