Kodak PIXPRO AZ425 20MP Camera Kit

The Kodak PIXPRO AZ425 kit delivers a 20MP CCD sensor, 42x optical zoom and 3.0-inch LCD in a red body. It includes a 64GB memory card, flexible tripod, cleaning kit, hand strap, card wallet, USB card reader, camera bag, Corel software suite and micro HDMI cable. This bundle suits travellers, families and vloggers who want an all-in-one package for everyday shooting.

42x zoom and 20MP sensor capacity

The 24-1008mm lens covers wide landscapes and distant wildlife with optical image stabilisation to reduce shake at full reach. ISO 80-3200 handles bright outdoor scenes and dim interiors, while 1080p video records at a basic HD level. The 64GB card stores thousands of JPEGs or hours of 720p footage, but 4K recording and raw capture are not available.

Upgrade from smartphone or compact

This kit replaces a phone camera when optical zoom, a dedicated grip and physical controls matter for events, travel or vlogging. The jump is worth it for users who need 42x reach and a vari-angle LCD alternative without moving to a larger interchangeable-lens system. Buyers requiring 4K video, raw files, weather sealing or faster continuous shooting should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

Will the 42x optical zoom and 3.0 inch LCD let me compose shots the same way I did on my older bridge camera?

The 42x optical zoom covers a 24-1008mm focal range and the 3.0 inch LCD provides live framing, so composition works like a traditional bridge camera.

How can I verify the 20MP CCD sensor and 1080p video are recording correctly after first use?

Review images on the 3.0 inch LCD, zoom in to check 20MP detail, and play back clips to confirm 1080p resolution and optical stabilisation smoothness.

Does the kit include the 64GB card, tripod and card reader, or must I buy them separately?

The bundle supplies the 64GB memory card, flexible vlogging tripod, USB card reader, hand strap, cleaning kit, bag, micro HDMI cable and Corel software suite.
