Product identity

Atelier Ryza: Ever Darkness & the Secret Hideout DX is a downloadable action-adventure game published by Koei Tecmo for PC via Steam. It carries an ESRB Teen rating and delivers an enhanced edition with new stories, playable characters, improved graphics, expanded basket capacity, and upgraded UI/UX. Save-data linking with earlier Secret series titles unlocks additional bonuses. The product ships as a Steam code for the United States region.

Practical limits

Minimum requirements call for a 64-bit Windows 11 system with an Intel Core i3-8100 or AMD equivalent, 8 GB RAM, and a GTX 1050 2 GB or Radeon R9 380X 4 GB graphics card. DirectX 11, broadband internet, 30 GB storage, and a 48000 Hz 16-bit stereo sound device are also required. At the minimum tier the game targets 1280x720 resolution at 30 FPS on the Low graphics preset.

Upgrade context

The recommended specification steps up to an Intel Core i7-8700 or Ryzen 3 3100 processor, 16 GB RAM, and a GTX 1660 6 GB or Radeon RX 5600 XT 6 GB card while keeping the same OS, DirectX, storage, and audio requirements. This jump is worthwhile for players who want higher visual quality and smoother frame rates beyond the baseline 720p Low experience. Owners of the original Atelier Ryza release gain new narrative content, quality-of-life improvements, and graphical upgrades in this DX edition.
