Compact Bluetooth speaker with IP67 rating

The kolitt StormBox Micro is a pocket-sized wireless speaker built for outdoor use. Its IP67 rating means it survives full immersion in water and complete dust ingress. A tear-resistant silicone strap lets you secure it to handlebars, backpacks or climbing gear. The driver and passive radiator are tuned by an onboard XBass DSP for deeper low-end response.

Sustained output with XBass DSP

The integrated XBass tuning DSP maintains bass extension during extended playback without distortion rising sharply at higher volumes. Passive radiator excursion is managed continuously so the low-frequency balance stays consistent across long listening sessions. Battery runtime supports hours of continuous play, and the speaker can be recharged while streaming audio via Bluetooth. Pairing a second unit activates true stereo mode for wider soundstage and increased headroom.

Strap mounting and pairing quirks

The silicone strap stretches over standard handlebar diameters and backpack loops, then locks back onto itself for a secure fit. First-time stereo pairing requires both speakers to be powered on, then the primary unit put into pairing mode before the secondary joins. Some users find the strap too short for oversized tubing or thick frame tubes. Bluetooth multipoint is not supported, so switching source devices means disconnecting the active connection first.

Questions about this item

How does the speaker handle heat and battery drain during all-day outdoor use?

The IP67-rated enclosure resists water and dust, and the compact design runs on an internal battery that powers the XBass DSP and drivers for extended listening sessions without external power.

What source device and connection do I need to start playing audio?

Any Bluetooth-enabled phone, tablet or computer can pair wirelessly; the speaker also offers a wired input for devices that lack Bluetooth.

Will the tear-resistant strap fit the handlebars on my older mountain bike?

The flexible silicone strap stretches around standard handlebar diameters and secures to backpack loops, so it mounts on most bikes and packs without extra adapters.
