Bridge Plate with Riser
The Kondor Blue LWS ARRI Bridge Plate with Riser Plate provides a stable base for cinema cameras such as the C70, BMPCC 6K Pro, URSA Mini, FX6 and Venice. Its space grey finish resists wear during daily production use. The system combines a bridge plate and a dedicated riser to align the camera with standard rod heights.
Rod Standard Limits
The plate accepts 15 mm Lightweight Support rods and an ARRI dovetail, so it works only with accessories built to those dimensions. Threads include 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 mounting screws plus matching tripod sockets, limiting direct attachment to hardware using those thread pitches. The riser sets the optical centre at 85 mm, a fixed height that cannot be altered without adding shims or a different riser.
Build and Daily Use
High-grade construction and the anodised space grey surface withstand repeated rigging and transport on set. The integrated riser plate removes the need for separate height adapters, reducing the number of components that can loosen during a shoot. Both 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 threads are machined directly into the plate, so mounting plates and tripod heads attach without extra adapters.

Questions about this item
Should I choose the version with or without the riser plate?
The included riser plate raises the camera to the standard 85 mm lens height, so you can match the optical centre of follow-focus units and matte boxes without shims.
What does the 15 mm LWS rod support mean when I mount the plate on my rig?
The bridge plate accepts 15 mm lightweight studio rods, letting you slide the camera forward or back to balance heavy lenses and attach standard rod-mounted accessories.
How do the 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 threads affect tripod and accessory mounting?
Both screw sizes are provided on the plate, so you can lock it directly onto tripods or quick-release heads and still have spare threads for monitors, handles or power solutions.
