Kotobukiya Artist Support Item Hand Gray

Artist Support Item Hand Gray

This articulated hand model is designed for artists and illustrators who need a precise three-dimensional reference for drawing human hands. It reproduces the proportions created by animator Takahiro Kagami, whose hand designs appear in series such as Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters. The gray finish provides neutral lighting for study.

Highly Articulated Pose Holding

The joint system allows the fingers and wrist to be positioned in almost any natural gesture and hold that pose without drifting. This lets an artist maintain a complex hand position for the duration of a drawing session rather than only for a quick sketch. The articulation range was developed under Kagami's direct supervision to match real human movement.

Physical Reference Limits

As a static physical model it cannot change scale, animate between poses or display internal anatomy such as bone structure. It provides a single hand in a fixed gray colour, so studies requiring different skin tones, left and right pairs or dynamic motion reference fall outside its purpose.
