Stiff 1/2" Carbon Steel Blades

This pack contains five stiff scraper blades made from carbon steel. Each blade measures four inches in length and one-half inch in width. The gray finish identifies the standard blade type. They are supplied without handles for use with compatible holders.

Replaces worn or dull scraper blades

Swapping in fresh blades restores clean scraping action on tile, adhesive or paint. The jump is worth it when the current edge no longer bites or leaves residue behind. Buyers who need a handled tool or a flexible blade will not find those features in this pack.

Questions about this item

Does the 1/2-inch blade fit a standard scraper handle?

The blades have no handle and a 1/2-inch width, so they must be clamped into a compatible holder or tool that accepts that blade size.

What step is often missed when fitting these carbon-steel blades?

Users sometimes forget to tighten the holder screws fully, letting the 4-inch blade shift during use.
