Modular Table Mount Enclosure

The Kramer TBUS-6XL-B is a rectangular table-mount enclosure designed to house a configurable connectivity system. It features a manually retracting tilt-up lid that protects the installed modules when not in use. This unit serves as the outer housing for a complete TBUS installation.

For Integrated AV Installations

This enclosure suits installers building a flush, modular connection point into meeting-room furniture. Buyers who need a finished, all-in-one unit with pre-fitted power and data inserts should look elsewhere, as the inner frame, power socket, inserts and power cord are all specified and purchased separately.

Rectangular Retractable Lid Design

The manually operated tilt-up lid retracts into the enclosure body to keep cables and modules concealed. A complete working system also requires a compatible inner frame, power socket, chosen inserts and a power cord, none of which are included with this enclosure.

Questions about this item

Will the rectangular TBUS-6XL-B enclosure fit the same cutout as my existing TBUS inner frames and inserts?

The enclosure is built to the standard TBUS size, so it accepts the same inner frames, power sockets and inserts used in other TBUS installations.

How can I confirm the manually retracting lid operates correctly after mounting the unit?

Open the tilt-up lid fully; it should stay in the upright position without spring assistance, then pull it down by hand — it must retract smoothly and sit flush with the table surface.

Which components come with the TBUS-6XL-B and which must be purchased separately to finish the installation?

The box contains only the rectangular enclosure with its manually retracting lid; an inner frame, power socket, inserts and a power cord are all sold separately.
