Compact personal cooling

The KW51 TriPole is a 6.5 inch handheld fan weighing 3.2 oz with a 2000 mAh battery and USB-C charging. It targets individuals who need portable airflow during travel, outdoor events or beauty routines such as lash drying. The metal construction and industrial finish suit users wanting a durable device that fits in a small bag. Buyers who need whole-room circulation or desktop clamp mounting should look elsewhere.

Sustained airflow behaviour

A brushless motor delivers up to 4.5 m/s wind speed across three button-controlled settings. Runtime ranges from 3 hours on the highest speed to 8.5 hours on the lowest, so a full day at a theme park is feasible on a single charge. Performance remains steady until the battery depletes, with no thermal throttling mentioned in the specifications. Heavy users who cannot recharge during the day may find the maximum runtime limiting.

Installation and common issues

Charging uses the included 1.6 ft USB-C cable and completes in 2.5 hours from a power bank, phone charger or laptop. The narrow blade gaps and slim handle are designed for safe finger clearance and comfortable grip, even for a child. A lanyard loop allows neck-worn use. The short cable length can restrict placement while charging, and the button control lacks a remote despite the feature list mentioning one.

Questions about this item

How long does the 2000 mAh battery last when the fan runs all day on a single charge?

The 2000 mAh battery provides 3 to 8.5 hours of runtime depending on which of the three speed settings you select.

Does the 1.6 ft USB-C cable include a wall charger, or must I supply my own power source?

The package includes only the 1.6 ft USB Type-C cable; you will need a separate USB power source such as a phone charger, power bank or laptop port.

Will the 6.5-inch TriPole fit in the same bag pocket as my older 4-inch clip fan?

At 6.5 × 2.9 × 0.9 inches and 3.2 oz, the TriPole is larger and heavier than a typical 4-inch clip fan, so it may need a bigger pocket or separate compartment.
