KWIKSET CORPORATION Polo Polished Brass Bed & Bath Door Knob 300P

Bed & Bath Door Knob

The Kwikset Polo in polished brass is designed for bedroom and bathroom doors. A turn button on the interior knob locks both sides, while an emergency entry key in the exterior knob provides access when needed. It fits standard doors with an adjustable latch for 2-3/8 in. or 2-3/4 in. backsets and comes with a round strike plate. This knob carries a Grade 3 security rating.

Mechanical Operation & Finish

The turn-button mechanism engages the latch on both knobs with a simple twist, requiring no battery or electronic components. The polished brass finish is covered by a five-year warranty against tarnish and wear. The adjustable latch accommodates common backset measurements without modification. A 10-year mechanical warranty backs the internal components.

Sustained Use Behaviour

Under repeated daily locking and unlocking, the mechanical latch and turn button maintain consistent engagement without electronic failure points. The emergency key override remains functional even if the interior button seizes. The Grade 3 rating indicates standard residential durability for high-traffic interior doors. The finish warranty covers long-term exposure to humidity typical in bathrooms.
