Kynup Digital Caliper 150 mm IP54 Stainless Steel
This Kynup digital caliper measures external, internal, depth and step dimensions up to 150 mm with a resolution of 0.01 mm and an accuracy of ±0.02 mm. It is built from stainless steel with an IP54 splash-proof rating for workshop durability. The large LCD readout switches between inch, metric and fraction units at the push of a button. Three lithium batteries are supplied, one already fitted and two as spares.
Installation ease and common issues
The tool arrives ready to use with a battery installed; simply press the on/off button, close the jaws and hit zero to set the reference point. The lockable head holds the sliding jaw firmly once positioned. Because the housing is metal with a painted finish, avoid dropping it onto hard surfaces to prevent chipping or misalignment of the scale.
Pre-purchase checks for your setup
Verify that the 150 mm measuring range covers the largest features you need to inspect. Confirm that the 0.01 mm resolution meets the tolerance requirements of your typical tasks. Ensure the IP54 splash-proof rating is sufficient for the liquids or dust present in your working environment. Check that the 3.5 inch by 9.5 inch overall footprint fits your storage space or tool roll.
