1-1/4 in Steel Conduit Clamp

The L.H. DOTTIE SC125R is a steel conduit clamp sized for 1-1/4 inch trade size. It features an electro-galvanized finish for corrosion resistance. The clamp is designed for strut-mounted installations. This component secures rigid or IMC conduit to standard strut channel.

Strut-mount conduit runs

Installers securing 1-1/4 inch conduit to strut channel will find this clamp suitable. The electro-galvanized coating supports indoor and covered outdoor use. Projects requiring stainless steel or hot-dip galvanized hardware should look elsewhere. Buyers needing a different trade size must select another model.

1-1/4 inch trade size

The clamp fits conduit with a 1-1/4 inch trade size designation. This single dimension determines compatibility with the raceway. Verify the conduit outer diameter matches this trade size before purchasing. California Proposition 65 warnings apply to this product.

Questions about this item

Will the 1-1/4 in steel conduit clamp fit alongside the older 1 in conduit I already have mounted on the same strut channel?

The SC125R is sized for 1-1/4 in conduit, so it will sit beside a 1 in clamp on the same strut without interference; each clamp grips its own conduit diameter independently.

How can I confirm the electro-galvanised finish is intact and the clamp is holding the conduit securely after installation?

Visually check for a uniform zinc coating with no bare steel, then tug the conduit firmly — it should not rotate or slide within the clamp jaws.

Does the package include the strut nuts and bolts needed to mount this clamp, or must I buy them separately?

Only the conduit clamp itself is supplied; strut nuts, bolts and any washers required for channel mounting are sold separately.
