2" x 2" Direct Thermal Labels

The adhesive is permanent and the surface resists smudging and fading. Perforations between labels make separation and folding simple.

Printer compatibility check

Verify that your printer accepts direct thermal media and supports a 2" x 2" label size. The roll uses a 1-inch core and works with brands such as Rollo, Zebra, Phomemo, MUNBYN and others listed by the manufacturer. It is not compatible with Dymo printers. Confirm your device can handle the roll dimensions of 5.5118 cm x 8.6106 cm x 8.7884 cm.

Thermal printing characteristics

Direct thermal printing requires no ink, toner or ribbon so there are no consumable costs beyond the labels. Print quality stays dark and sharp for barcodes and QR codes under normal indoor use. Heat, sunlight or friction can darken the material over time. The roll stores flat and feeds quietly through compatible desktop mechanisms.

Questions about this item

What comes in the box and do I need a separate ribbon or ink?

The roll contains 750 direct thermal labels on a single core; no ribbon, ink or toner is required because the labels darken from the printer's heat.

Which label size should I choose if I need 2 inch by 2 inch square stickers?

This roll is exactly 2" x 2" with 750 labels; other sizes in the range include 2.25" x 4", 3" x 1", 2.25" x 1.25", 2.25" x .75", 4" x 2" and 3" x 2".

Will the 750 labels on this 5.5118 cm wide roll feed correctly in my Rollo or Zebra desktop printer?

Yes — the roll is perforated for easy separation and is listed as compatible with Rollo, Zebra, Phomemo, MUNBYN, Nelko, JADEN and most other direct thermal desktop printers.
