Purpose and Audience

This 20 volume 6% developer is formulated for professional permanent hair colouring with Majirel Majirouge and Majiblond ranges. It is designed for colourists and salon users who need consistent lifting and deposit performance.

Installation and Common Issues

The creamy consistency allows controlled mixing and even application without drips. Over-processing occurs if development time exceeds manufacturer guidelines or if a higher volume developer is substituted by mistake.

Compatibility Check

Verify that your colour system specifies a 20 volume 6% oxidant before ordering. This product is not intended for use with lightening powders or high-lift blonding services that require stronger developers.

Questions about this item

How can I tell the 20 Volume developer is working correctly after mixing it with Majirel color?

The mixture should form a smooth, creamy consistency without lumps and process evenly through the hair, delivering the expected permanent color result on the strand test.

What comes in the package and what must I buy separately to use this 33.8oz developer?

The bottle contains 33.8oz of 20 Volume 6% oxidant cream; Majirel, Majirouge or Majiblond hair color tubes are sold separately and are required for the color service.

When should I choose the 20 Volume 6% version instead of a different strength?

Choose the 20 Volume 6% developer when the color service calls for standard lift and deposit, such as gray coverage or tone-on-tone results with Majirel or Majirouge shades.
