Two-pack plasma arc lighters

The Laffizz 709 ships as a pair of rechargeable arc lighters in a single box. Each unit uses a flameless plasma arc to ignite candles, fireworks, stoves, grills and campfires without an open flame or fuel odour. The windproof and splash-proof design keeps the arc stable in outdoor conditions. A Type-C USB cable is included for charging the built-in battery.

Replaces butane and piezo lighters

Switching from disposable fuel lighters removes the need for refills and eliminates pungent smells. The upgrade is worth it when you want a reusable ignition source that works reliably in wind or light rain. The 7-second auto-off and a two-step safety lock reduce accidental activation compared with simple push-button lighters. It is not for users who need a visible flame for tasks such as soldering or heat-shrinking.

3.2 inch flexible neck and LED power gauge

The 3.2 inch neck reaches deep jar candles and grill burners while keeping hands clear of the arc. Four LED indicators show charge in 25 per cent steps so you know when to recharge. The slim 7.4 by 0.6 by 0.4 inch metal body weighs 0.12 lb and fits in a pocket or gear bag. It runs out when only one LED remains lit, signalling a recharge is needed before the next use.
