Chef-designed garlic press

The Lagerstrom Home Goods LHG001 garlic press is made entirely from 100% 304 stainless steel with no zinc or aluminum alloy components. Created by chef Brian Lagerstrom, it is built for cooks who want a durable, heavy-duty tool for everyday kitchen use.

Two interchangeable baskets

The press includes a fine basket for smooth garlic paste and a coarse basket for rustic chopped pieces suited to sautéing, roasting, marinades and sauces. Both removable baskets swap quickly and are fully dishwasher safe alongside the main body.

Large-capacity single pressing

The extra-large basket holds up to 34 large garlic cloves at once, reducing the number of presses needed for batch preparation. Seamless ultrasonic weld construction and comfortable leverage handles maintain consistent pressing power through extended use without hand fatigue.

Questions about this item

How many garlic cloves can the extra-large basket hold at once?

The basket accommodates up to 34 large cloves per press, roughly twice the capacity of many standard presses.

Does the all-stainless construction make the press heavy or hot during long prep sessions?

At 0.7 pounds the 304 stainless steel press feels substantial but stays cool; there are no moving parts that generate heat.

What must I already have in the kitchen to use both basket sizes right away?

Only a dishwasher or sink for cleaning — the press ships with both the fine and coarse 304 stainless steel baskets installed.
