Questions about this item

How do I unroll and position the 35.4 x 15.7 inch pad so it lies flat without curling edges?

Lay it on a clean desk at room temperature, smooth from the centre outward with your palms, and let the 3 mm rubber base grip the surface; avoid folding it back on itself or the stitched edge may crease.

When will the Misty Forest surface need replacing because the glide feels rough?

The anti-fade Lycra cloth resists wear, but after heavy daily use the fibres can mat down; wash gently with mild soap and air-dry — if the texture stays uneven the pad is due for a new one.

At what point does the non-slip rubber base stop gripping on a glass desk during long sessions?

The dense rubber holds on wood, glass, leather, metal or marble, but skin oils and dust reduce friction over hours; wipe both the desk and the pad base with a damp cloth to restore grip.
