Chlorine Test Strips 0–5 ppm
These test strips measure total chlorine in water samples from 0 to 5 parts per million. Each pack contains 50 individual strips for repeated testing. They are intended for users who need a quick, visual indication of chlorine levels.
Capacity and headroom
The 0–5 ppm range covers typical residential and light commercial sanitation checks. Levels above 5 ppm fall outside the readable scale and will require dilution or a different test method. Fifty strips provide enough tests for routine monitoring over an extended period.
Build and daily use
Strips measure three inches long by one-quarter inch wide for easy handling and dipping. A colour chart label is included on the bottle for immediate result comparison. The dry strip format requires no reagents, meters or calibration before use.

Questions about this item
Will these strips work with the 4.8 property class steel piping in my older plumbing system?
The strips measure total chlorine in water from 0 to 5 ppm and are not affected by the piping material.
How do I verify the 2979 strips are reading correctly after opening the bottle?
Dip a strip in the water sample, wait for the color to develop, then compare it to the color chart label included on the bottle.
Does the PK50 pack include a separate color chart or do I need to buy one?
The bottle includes a color chart label on the side; no separate chart is required.
