Compact Tenkeyless Layout

The LANGTU F87 is a wired mechanical keyboard with 87 keys arranged in a tenkeyless form factor. It uses Brown tactile quiet switches and features white LED backlighting. The board connects via a detachable USB Type-C cable and requires no driver installation. A limited Totoro cartoon pattern adorns the white base, and PBT keycaps are sculpted in R1-R4 height profiles.

Sustained Typing and Gaming Feel

Brown switches provide a tactile bump without an audible click, keeping noise low during long sessions. The hot-swappable sockets let users change switches without soldering if the feel degrades over time. Three cable-routing slots keep the single Type-C lead tidy regardless of desk layout. PBT keycaps resist shine from extended fingertip contact.

Upgrade Path and Limits

This board replaces a full-size membrane or non-hot-swappable mechanical keyboard for users who want a smaller footprint and switch flexibility. It does not suit buyers who need a dedicated number pad, macro keys, wireless connectivity or per-key RGB lighting. The tenkeyless size also means no integrated media controls beyond the Fn+F1-F12 shortcuts.

Questions about this item

How much heat or noise does the F87 produce after hours of continuous typing?

The Brown tactile-quiet switches are designed for low acoustic output, and the keyboard has no active cooling, so heat build-up is negligible during all-day use.

What must I already own to connect and use the F87 right away?

A free USB Type-A port on the host computer is required; the detachable Type-C cable is included and needs no driver installation.

Will the F87 work reliably alongside my older USB 2.0 motherboard ports?

Yes, the USB wired interface is backward-compatible with legacy USB ports, and the plug-and-play design requires no additional software on any supported OS.
