Desk lamp with integrated power strip

The LAOPAO T228-Black combines a foldable LED desk lamp with a built-in charging station. It provides two AC outlets, one USB-A port and one USB-C port for powering multiple devices at once. The unit operates on 110 volts and includes surge protection that cuts power when the total load exceeds 1000W. A two-year manufacturer warranty covers the product.

Suited for compact workspaces needing light

This lamp fits home offices, college dorms and bedrooms where desk space is limited and several devices require power. The foldable arm and rotating base allow flexible positioning for reading or video calls. Buyers who need higher total wattage for large appliances should look elsewhere, as the safety cutoff triggers at 1000W. The fixed 110 volt input also makes it unsuitable for regions with different mains voltage.

Adjustable light and folding mechanics change

Five colour temperatures up to 6500k and five brightness levels let users match the light to specific tasks. The eye-care design aims to eliminate flicker, glare and blue-light discomfort during long sessions. The arm rotates 180 degrees, tilts 135 degrees and the base swivels 90 degrees, so the lamp folds flat for transport or storage. Touch controls handle on/off and mode changes without extra buttons.

Questions about this item

What power source does the T228-Black lamp require to operate?

The lamp runs on a 110-volt mains supply and plugs into a standard wall outlet.

Can the lamp's 135-degree folding arm and 90-degree base rotation work around a monitor arm or shelf bracket I already have?

Yes, the arm folds up or down 135° and the base rotates 90°, so you can angle the light around existing desk mounts.

How do I confirm the surge protection is active after I plug in my laptop and monitor?

If the total draw exceeds 1000 W the lamp will automatically shut off and cut power, indicating the protection has triggered.
