Compact daylight therapy lamp

The LASTAR CM011A is a rectangular sun lamp that delivers 10,000 lux of full-spectrum light at a 12 watt draw. It suits anyone who wants a portable indoor light for energy, mood, sleep or focus support. The acrylic shade and touch controls keep the form factor simple at 11.94 by 5.08 by 13.46 centimeters.

10,000 lux at recommended distance

The single specification that determines suitability is the 10,000 lux output, which matches the clinical benchmark for bright-light therapy. At the recommended distance the lamp provides that intensity; closer or further away the effective lux changes. No UV or other polluting radiation is emitted.

Five brightness steps and four colour temperatures

Brightness adjusts in five steps from 5 percent to 100 percent and colour temperature offers 1600K, 3000K, 4500K and 6500K. A 15 to 60 minute timer shuts the unit off automatically and memory function restores the last setting. The 60 LEDs cover a small desk area; larger spaces or multiple users will need additional units.
