Compatible time-clock models

This ribbon is manufactured for Lathem 2000, 3000 and 4000 series clocks. It replaces the original consumable without modification. Offices running those models can install it directly and resume printing immediately.

Thermal-transfer ribbon technology

The cartridge uses thermal-transfer printing with a two-colour nylon ribbon. Red and black ink alternate on the same spool, so a single ribbon produces both colours. The mechanism reverses direction at the end of the spool to utilise the full length.

Sustained print consistency

Because the ribbon self-reverses, ink density remains stable across long print runs. The thermal-transfer process does not fade during continuous operation. Each impression stays legible for payroll records and audit trails.
