Carbon Fiber Construction

The LAVA ME 2 is a 36 inch electric guitar built from a single piece of Super AirSonic carbon fibre composite. This one-piece injection moulded design eliminates most glue joints and resists deformation across temperatures from -4°F to 176°F and humidity from 10% to 90%. It suits players who need an instrument that stays stable in extreme climates.

Integrated FreeBoost Effects

The L2 pickup system uses the guitar’s rear surface as a speaker, delivering reverb, delay and chorus without an external amplifier. This replaces the need for a separate effects pedalboard or practice amp when playing casually or writing songs. The benefit is most noticeable for musicians who want immediate ambient tones anywhere they pick up the instrument.

Battery Dependent Operation

Effects only function while the onboard electronics have charge, supplied via the included USB cable. There is no passive pickup mode described, so a depleted battery silences the processing entirely. Players who perform long sets without recharge breaks or who prefer purely analogue signal paths should plan around this limitation.
