Exact Model Compatibility

This LCDBros replacement screen is built for the Acer Aspire 5745G laptop. It uses a 40-pin connector and delivers a 1366x768 HD resolution with a glossy surface finish. The part is supplied new and matches the original display specifications for that specific model.

Upgrading From a Damaged Panel

The screen replaces a cracked, dim or malfunctioning display on the same laptop. The jump is worth it when the existing panel shows physical damage, backlight failure or persistent image artefacts that prevent normal use. Installing this unit restores the factory visual experience without altering the device design.

Verify Your Current Specifications

Before ordering, confirm that your laptop is the exact Acer Aspire 5745G model. Check that the original screen resolution is 1366x768, the connector uses 40 pins and the finish is glossy. Any deviation in these specifications will make the replacement incompatible with your system.

Questions about this item

Does the 40-pin connector match the Acer Aspire 5745G motherboard header?

The replacement screen uses a 40-pin interface designed for the Acer Aspire 5745G; verify your original panel also uses 40 pins before ordering.

What is the correct order to secure the bezel and video cable during installation?

Connect the 40-pin video cable fully before snapping the bezel into place; reversing the order often leaves the connector loose.

Will a future panel swap need the same 1366x768 resolution and glossy finish?

Yes — any later replacement must keep the 1366x768 resolution and glossy surface, otherwise the laptop will not accept the panel.
