Exact Model Match

This LCDBros replacement screen is built for the Acer TravelMate P4 TMP459-M-77AW laptop. It restores a 1920x1080 FHD glossy display on a 30 pin connector. Buyers who need a different resolution, backlight type or pin count cannot use this part.

Drop-In Installation

The panel arrives with tools for a direct swap inside the existing lid assembly. No adapter boards, inverter changes or firmware updates are required. Builders who want a touchscreen upgrade or a matte finish will not find those options here.

Like-for-Like Restoration

This unit replaces a cracked or dim original panel with identical 1920x1080 specifications. The jump is worth it when the current screen shows physical damage, backlight bleed or dead pixels. Users seeking higher refresh rates, wider colour gamuts or 4K resolution must look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

Will the 30 pin connector handle continuous daily use without signal drop-out?

The 30 pin interface is the standard connection for this panel and is rated for the laptop's normal operating cycle.

Does the glossy FHD 1920x1080 panel run hotter or draw more power than a matte equivalent during all-day operation?

Power draw and heat output are determined by the backlight and resolution, which match the original 1920x1080 specification exactly.

Besides the TMP459-M-77AW laptop itself, what tools or parts must I already have to complete the swap?

The kit includes the necessary opening tools; you only need a clean workspace and the laptop's internal screws.
