Exact replacement for Alienware M15 R7

This LCDBros screen is a direct replacement panel built for the Dell Alienware M15 R7 laptop. It restores the original 2560x1440 QHD resolution on the 15 inch display. The part is supplied new and includes installation tools and adhesive tape. Buyers who need a different resolution, backlight type, or screen size cannot use this panel.

Matching specifications is mandatory

The manufacturer stresses that resolution, backlight, and physical size must match the existing screen exactly; any deviation will prevent the panel from working with the system. Because the exact brand and part number depend on market availability, the screen you receive is guaranteed 100 percent compatible but may vary cosmetically. Included tools and tape simplify the swap for technicians or experienced users.

Verify your current panel before ordering

Confirm that your Alienware M15 R7 currently uses a 2560x1440 QHD panel with the same backlight technology and dimensions. The supplier recommends contacting them if you are uncertain about the exact specifications. Ordering without a confirmed match risks receiving a panel that will not function in your laptop.

Questions about this item

Does the 2560 x 1440 resolution cap the display output of the Dell ALIENWARE M15 R7?

The panel matches the native QHD 2560 x 1440 resolution of the Dell ALIENWARE M15 R7, so the laptop’s GPU drives it at full resolution without scaling.

What physical dimensions and mounting points must match for this 15-inch screen to fit the Dell ALIENWARE M15 R7 chassis?

The replacement is built to the exact 15-inch form factor, bracket layout and connector placement required by the Dell ALIENWARE M15 R7 lid assembly.

Which installation step do people most often miss when fitting the screen with the supplied tools and tape?

After removing the bezel and swapping the panel, the adhesive tape must be applied cleanly to secure the new screen before reassembling the bezel; skipping the tape leaves the panel loose.
