Exact model match

This replacement screen is built for the Acer Aspire E5-521-85EX laptop. It uses a 30-pin connector and a 1366x768 HD resolution. Buyers must verify their exact model number before ordering because similar names can hide different panels.

Consistent visual output

The glossy LED backlight delivers steady brightness during long work sessions. Colour and contrast remain stable because the panel matches the original 1366x768 specification. No deviation in resolution or backlight type is supported by this part.

Straightforward panel swap

A tool kit is included to help remove the bezel and disconnect the 30-pin cable. The most common issue is ordering the wrong variant when the model suffix differs by only a few digits. Double-check the 85EX designation on the old screen label.

Questions about this item

Does the 30-pin connector draw enough power to affect battery life on the Acer Aspire E5-521-85EX?

The screen uses the laptop's existing 30-pin interface and standard LED backlight, so power draw matches the original panel and will not change battery performance.

What tools or parts must I already have to install this replacement screen?

The package includes the 1366x768 glossy panel and basic opening tools; you only need a small Phillips screwdriver and a clean workspace to swap the display.

Will this 1366x768 panel work if my current Aspire E5-521-85EX has a different resolution or backlight type?

No — the 30-pin HD panel requires an exact match to your existing 1366x768 glossy LED specification; a different resolution or backlight will not function.
