LCDBros HP L25979-001 Replacement Screen

This new LCDBros replacement screen is built for the HP L25979-001 panel. It serves technicians and owners who need a direct 30-pin swap for a damaged or failing display. The part arrives in new condition and is selected for 100% compatibility with the specified model.

For exact-match repairs only

It suits anyone replacing a screen with identical 1366x768 resolution, matte finish and 30-pin connector. Buyers who need a different resolution, a touchscreen layer, a glossy surface or a connector with another pin count cannot use this part. Verify the original specifications before ordering.

1366x768 resolution headroom

The panel delivers the native 1366x768 pixel grid required by the HP L25979-001 chassis. It handles standard HD content and everyday desktop work at that fixed resolution. It runs out when the system expects a higher pixel count, a different aspect ratio or an alternative backlight specification.

Questions about this item

Does my HP laptop already use the L25979-001 30-pin 1366x768 matte panel?

Check the part number on the back of your current screen; it must read L25979-001 and show 30 pins, 1366x768 resolution and a matte finish for this replacement to work.

Will this 30-pin 1366x768 matte screen fit if my original panel had a different resolution or pin count?

No — the replacement only works when the original screen matches the exact 30-pin interface, 1366x768 resolution and matte surface; any deviation means it will not function.

After fitting the L25979-001 panel, how can I confirm it is operating correctly?

Power on the laptop and verify the display shows a stable 1366x768 image with no flicker, dead pixels or colour distortion across the full matte surface.
