Direct replacement for Lenovo Ideapad S145-14IWL

This 14 inch LCDBros panel is built as a direct replacement for the Lenovo Ideapad S145-14IWL. It matches the original HD specification so the laptop recognises the display without extra configuration. Buyers who need a different resolution, backlight type or screen size cannot use this part.

Matte finish with 1366 x 838 maximum resolution

The matte surface cuts glare in bright rooms while the 1366 x 838 pixel grid restores the factory image quality. No brightness, contrast or power figures are supplied by the manufacturer. The screen draws power from the laptop’s existing cable and inverter.

Fits the existing chassis and connector

Installation uses the original mounting points and the stock video cable already present in the Ideapad S145-14IWL. No adapter, bracket or firmware update is required. The package supplies a 100 percent compatible panel; the exact brand and part number vary with market availability.

Questions about this item

How do I install this 14-inch replacement screen in my Lenovo Ideapad S145-14IWL, and what step do people often miss?

Remove the bezel carefully, disconnect the video cable from the old panel, and connect it to the new screen before securing the brackets. The step most people miss is verifying the 1366x768 resolution matches the original panel exactly, or the display will not function.

What maintenance or replacement will this LCDBros screen need later?

The screen itself requires no scheduled maintenance. If the backlight dims unevenly or the panel develops dead pixels over time, the entire 14-inch unit would need replacement, as individual components are not serviceable.

What limit appears first when this matte panel runs continuously at 1366 x 838 max resolution?

Sustained use at the maximum 1366 x 838 resolution can cause the backlight to generate more heat, which may lead to gradual brightness reduction or colour shift before the liquid crystal layer shows any fatigue.
