Compatible ThinkPad models

This 12.5 inch IPS LCD panel replaces the display in Lenovo ThinkPad X240, X240S, X250, X260, X270 and X280 laptops. It fits chassis codes 20F6, 20HM, 20HN, 20K5, 20K6, 20KE and 20KF. The screen is supplied new and includes the panel only, so original bezels, cables and covers must be reused. Professional installation skill is required.

Right-side EDP 30-pin connector

The panel uses a 30-pin EDP connector located on the right side when viewed from the rear. It is not compatible with models that use a centred connector, even if the laptop series matches. Buyers must verify the exact connector position on their original screen before ordering, as production lots can vary and the supplier ships a compatible model at random.

1920x1080 Full HD upgrade

Resolution is 1920 by 1080 pixels, an upgrade over the standard 1366 by 768 panels originally fitted to these models. The IPS technology provides wider viewing angles and LED backlighting. Note that this panel is only compatible with systems currently running a 1366x768 display; it will not work if the laptop already uses a higher-resolution screen. Non-touch version only.
