High-yield colour cartridge for select PIXMA

This remanufactured CL-246XL replaces the Canon 8280B001AA and fits the iP2820, MG2420, MG2520, MG2920, MG2922, MG2924 and MX492 models. It delivers an approximate yield of 300 pages. Buyers needing a black cartridge or a different page yield should look elsewhere.

Simple drop-in install; watch for low-ink warnings

The cartridge seats like the original and requires no tools. Because printer firmware may still report low or empty levels after installation, ignore the warning and continue printing. If the printer refuses to start, reseat the cartridge and run a cleaning cycle from the maintenance menu.

Verify the exact printer model before ordering

Check the label on your device against the supported list: iP2820, MG2420, MG2520, MG2920, MG2922, MG2924 or MX492. The cartridge will not work in other PIXMA or MAXIFY models. Confirm you need a colour unit, not a black one.
