HP 72 Cyan Replacement Cartridge

This LD Products cartridge replaces the HP 72 cyan ink cartridge C9371A. It delivers a high-yield output of approximately 130 pages based on five percent standard coverage. The dye-based ink is designed for compatible HP DesignJet large-format printers. It suits professionals who need reliable colour prints for technical drawings or graphics.

Simple Drop-In Installation

The cartridge installs like the original HP 72 unit by sliding into the printer's cyan slot until it clicks. No tools or firmware updates are required for the listed DesignJet models. A common issue is forgetting to remove the protective tape on the vent and contacts, which prevents the printer from recognising the cartridge. Ensure the printer is powered on during installation so it can run the initial ink-charging routine.

Ideal for DesignJet T-Series Users

This single-pack cyan cartridge fits DesignJet T610, T620, T770, T790, T795, T1100, T1120, T1200, T1300 and T2300 series printers purchased in the United States or Canada. It is not suitable for printers outside those regions or for users who need magenta, yellow or black cartridges in the same purchase. Buyers seeking original HP-manufactured supplies should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

How can I confirm the cyan cartridge is printing correctly after installing it in my DesignJet T1100?

Print a test page or alignment page from the printer menu; the output should show solid cyan blocks and sharp text at the rated 5% coverage.

What comes in the single pack and do I need anything else to start printing?

The box contains one LD Products HP 72 cyan cartridge C9371A; no extra parts are required if the printer already has the other three colours installed.

Which yield version should I choose for a DesignJet T790 that prints mostly technical drawings?

This high-yield 130-page cyan cartridge is the only yield offered for the HP 72 C9371A slot, so it is the correct choice.
