HP 901 Remanufactured Cartridge Pack

This four-pack contains two black CC653AN and two color CC656AN cartridges remanufactured by LD Products for HP OfficeJet 4500, J4540, J4550, J4580, J4680, G510 and related models. Dye-based ink is formulated for vibrant output and archival print life. Each black unit yields approximately 200 pages at 5 % coverage; each color unit yields approximately 360 pages.

Installation and Common Issues

Cartridges install like original HP 901 units: open the printer access door, wait for the carriage to centre, press the old cartridge down to release, then slide the new one in until it clicks. The most frequent issue is a "cartridge not recognised" message caused by residue on the copper contacts; wiping them with a lint-free cloth usually resolves it. If print quality shows streaks, run the printer's built-in cleaning cycle once or twice.

Page Yield Decides Suitability

The black cartridges are rated at 200 pages and the color cartridges at 360 pages under ISO IEC 24711 test conditions. Buyers who regularly print high-volume documents will exhaust these supplies quickly and should consider higher-capacity alternatives. For light home or small-office use the stated yields match typical monthly output.
