Three-Cartridge Value Pack

This set contains two black HP 96 cartridges and one tri-color HP 97 cartridge, all remanufactured by LD Products. Each unit is cleaned, refilled with pigment-based ink, and print-tested before shipping. The pack targets home and small-office users who print regularly and want a lower cost per page without switching to a continuous-ink system.

Pigment Ink and Printer Compatibility

Pigment-based ink resists fading and water better than dye-based alternatives, making it suitable for documents that must last. The cartridges fit a long list of HP DeskJet, OfficeJet, PhotoSmart and DesignJet models including the 5740, 5940, 6540, 6840, 7210, 7310 and 7410 series. Older or newer HP printers that use different cartridge numbers will not accept these units.

Replaces Original HP 96 and 97 Singles

Buyers who currently purchase genuine C8767WN black or C9363WN color cartridges one at a time can cut waste and per-page expense with this bundle. The jump is worthwhile when monthly print volumes are high enough to use both black cartridges before the ink dries. Users who print only occasional photos or need dye-based output for glossy media should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

Should I buy the 2-black-1-colour pack or look for single cartridges?

The three-pack supplies two HP 96 black cartridges and one HP 97 tri-colour cartridge, covering the typical black-heavy printing mix in one box.

How many pages will the HP 96 black cartridge print in my Deskjet 6540?

Page yield depends on coverage and printer model; the cartridge is filled with pigment-based ink tested on the listed Deskjet and Photosmart printers.

Are the HP 96 and HP 97 cartridges interchangeable in the same slot?

No, the black C8767WN (HP 96) and tri-colour C9363WN (HP 97) fit separate slots and are not interchangeable.
